Our standard 24" x 48" galvanized modules are constructed from 4" x 4" angle, ¼" thick steel. Each standard module is manufactured with 6 leg pockets making it possible to have a weight dispersing base every 2 feet should the load require it. A typical 10' x 12' platform, comprised of 15 standard modules, is capable of supporting approximately 1600 lbs. per module of total weight and will provide a weight disbursement value of 3 lbs. nominal per square inch. Using our standard Stainless Steel Adjuster LegTM assembly, the top of the platform will have a minimum nominal height of 16". Additionally, with the unique design of the Stainless Steel Adjuster LegTM, it can easily be adjusted manually or with a common adjustable wrench to a maximum nominal height of 22" to accommodate uneven surfaces. For rooftop applications, an optional separation pad is available as an additional protective element for the roof membrane system.
